I recently had an appointment to replace the passenger airbag in my Ridgeline due to a recall. The service from this location was outstanding! Not only did they drive me home without a moments notice...they called to let me know my truck was ready early. When I had mentioned I may not be able to make it back before the service department was closed, they offered to leave my keys at the front desk of the showroom until I could get there. Embarrassing as it was I had brought my truck in covered in mud and full of dog hair. To my surprise, my Ridgeline was hair free, shiny and clean when I arrived to pick it up, woohoo!! I grabbed a complimentary bag of popcorn and drove home in my freshly washed truck without spending a penny. Thank you Honda Way for doing it the right way!! I will continue to come to your location for all my future servicing.
