The Honda Way certified used vehicles limited powertrain warranty
The warranty covers 4 months or 7,500 km from purchase date
Engine: All internal lubricated components or parts; cylinder block; cylinder head(s); harmonic balancer; timing chain, belt, gears, pulley, guides and tensioners (You are required replace them as required by the Maintenance Schedule from the manufacturer); oil pump; intake and exhaust manifold; and engine mounts. The following parts are covered only if damaged by the failure of an internal lubricated part: cylinder barrels, timing chain/belt cover, valve covers, oil pan and rotor housing.
Transmission: All internal lubricated parts; flywheel; and transmission mounts.
Automatic: All internal lubricated parts; flex plate; vacuum modulator; sensors; transmission mounts; and torque converter.
Wheel drive / awd system: Transfer Case and all internal parts, transfer case motor; mounts, seal, gasket, dual pump assembly, drive shaft, U-joint(s), rear differential assembly, limited slip differential, control modules and sensors.
For each case, the following parts are covered only if damaged by the failure of an internal lubricated part: transmission case, oil pan and transfer case.
Drive axle (front/rear): All internal lubricated parts; drive shafts; axle bearings; drive axles, stub axles, universal joints; constant velocity joints and boots; and drive axle housing if damaged due to the failure of an internal lubricated part.
Seals and gaskets: Seals and gaskets on all covered parts.
Fluids and oils: Fluids and oils as required as part of a covered repair.
Any claims under the policy must be approved prior to the repair being performed.
The Honda Way reserves the right to deny any claim under the policy if there are signs of abuse, or excessive wear to the vehicle. the repairs must be performed at the The Honda Way for the claim to be approved. these guidelines are subject to change at any time.
