Go Canucks Go!

The Honda Way showed thier support for the NEW Canuck Place Children's Hospice in Abbotsford by participating in the first annual Canuck Place Creative Challenge fundraiser. It was a great team "building" event.
 
Each team was given 2000 pieces of Lego to construct "Canuck Place in our Neighborhood". The Honda Way came in third overall with their entry, you can bet they're going for first place next year!

The Hondaway was proud to celebrate Abbotsford's Cultural Diversity, by participating in the 3rd annual Abbyfest on September 18th, 2010. It was our honor to be one of the title sponsor's for this wonderful event.

With 80+ vehicles on display, hamburger BBQ, raffles and ongoing performances by Randy 'Elvis' Friske and his Showgirls combined to make the first annual Honda Way Show and Shine, by all accounts, a huge success. The rain couldn't dampen the enthusiasm of the crowd as they checked out the vintage - and not so vintage vehicles, taking a break to enter to win an autographed Canucks Jersey, or take a chance on winning a Las Vegas vacation by stepping up to Spin to Win. Thank you to our guest Judges - Mayor George Peary, and Canuck Place Children's Hospice Campaign Manager - Laurie Shopland who with umbrellas in hand reviewed each vehicle entry and awarded trophies for the first, second and third place winners, while the people's choice was determined by the masses.

All proceeds from the event were donated to The Canuck Place Children's Hospice which is being built in Abbotsford this fall.

The Hondaway will again be a part of the 10th annual West Coast Women's Show October 22-24th. The Hondaway invite's everyone to join us at this fun event.

The Honda Way recently went to a baseball game at Nat Bailey Stadium where they watched the Vancouver Candians play against Boise Hawks. The Candians took it to the Hawks by winning 6-5. Fun was had by all!
